What We Encounter in Wester Hailes
Common Boiler Installation Issues in Wester Hailes
Before any job in Wester Hailes we assess for these common issues. Knowing about them in advance means no surprises mid-job and no hidden costs.
Boiler Is 12+ Years Old
Boilers over 12 years old in Wester Hailes properties run less efficiently and are more likely to fail. We advise honestly on whether repair or replacement makes more sense.
Repeated Breakdowns
If you're calling out an engineer repeatedly, a new boiler is often more cost-effective long term. We help you weigh this up for your Wester Hailes home.
Parts Becoming Hard to Source
Older boiler models can become difficult to get parts for. We flag this clearly if it applies to your system.
Rising Energy Bills
A new, efficient boiler can significantly reduce heating costs in Wester Hailes homes compared to an ageing unit.
Not Keeping Up With Demand
If your current boiler can't keep up with hot water or heating demand, we size a new system correctly for your household.
Uneconomical to Repair
Sometimes the cost of ongoing repairs outweighs installing a new boiler. We give you a clear, honest comparison.
